According to media reports, DK Shivakumar had planned to hold a meeting with 136 MLAs of Karnataka, but CM Siddaramaiah decided to take 27 MLAs with him to Australia and New Zealand.

At the same time, MLA Ravikumar Gowda, close to DK Shivakumar, has claimed that all 136 MLAs are with Shivkumar. Gowda also said that no one can stop DK Shivakumar from becoming the CM of Karnataka.
