New Delhi. Union Home Minister Amit Shah today laid the foundation stone of the new campus of the 10th Battalion of Assam Police in Kamrup, Assam. During this, while addressing the public meeting, he said that while talking about infiltration in Assam, he cornered Congress. The Home Minister said that in the 20 years of Congress rule, the Hindu population in many districts of Assam decreased and the entire districts were filled with infiltrators. I challenge the Congress leaders to just declare in your manifesto that we will remove the infiltrators, when the government is formed, do not remove them, just make the announcement. Rahul Gandhi should say once that we will remove the infiltrators but he does not have the courage to say this because these infiltrators are his vote bank.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, once again form the BJP government for five years, we will selectively expel each and every infiltrator from Assam out of the country. It can be possible, if a large part of the country can be free from Naxalism then the country’s land can also be free from infiltrators. This requires courage, courage and determination, all three of which our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has. It is certain that the infiltrators will be gone but the support of the state government is needed to expel them.

Shah said that during the time of Congress, infiltrators entered here which took the demography of Assam to the level of crisis. Even at that time, we used to oppose the infiltration, we all came from all over the country in support of the Assam movement and we used to raise slogans of our country, our soil, but the Congressmen did not lose sleep. I ask the Congress party, whose responsibility is it that all the districts of Dhubri, Barpeta, Darrang, Morigaon, Mungaigaon, Naugaon and Goalpara have become Muslim-dominated and infiltrator-dominated? The direct responsibility for this lies with the Congress Party. BJP is going to do the work of freeing Assam from the sins committed by Congress.
