He built a mosque, a dargah and a pucca house on government land. The accountant had given a report regarding this. On the basis of which the Tehsildar Court declared the construction done by the Imam and his brother of Shahi Jama Masjid illegal and imposed a fine of Rs 6.94 crore. The court said that if the land is not vacated within the given time or an appeal is not made in a higher court, then action of eviction and fine will be taken.
