PM Narendra Modi will hold a meeting with the Chief Ministers of the states, the current situation in West Asia will be discussed.
New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to hold a meeting with the Chief Ministers of the states. During this meeting, the PM will discuss with the Chief Ministers about the current situation in West Asia and the impact on India due to the war, the preparations and plans of the states concerned. PM Modi will hold talks with Chief Ministers through video conferencing tomorrow i.e. Friday at 6:30 pm. However, due to the implementation of the code of conduct in the states where elections are held, their Chief Ministers will not be a part of this meeting. The objective of this meeting is to ensure coordination in efforts inspired by the spirit of ‘Team India’.

According to the information, a separate meeting will be organized for the Chief Secretaries of the election states. That meeting will be organized through the Cabinet Secretariat. Earlier, PM Narendra Modi had presented the government’s side in both the houses of Parliament regarding the Middle East war and the global crisis arising from it. Modi assured the people of the country that the energy supply in the country is intact and there is no shortage of oil and gas. However, along with this, PM Modi had also said that if the war continues for a long time, some problems may arise for which we will have to be prepared.

During this, PM Modi had reminded the people of the times of Covid-19 and had called upon the public to maintain the same kind of patience and solidarity. Modi had also said that in times of crisis, some elements try to take unfair advantage, there is a need to be cautious of them. An all-party meeting was held under the chairmanship of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh a day earlier on Wednesday, in which on behalf of the government, he informed the opposition about the current situation and gave a clear message that the situation is completely under control and there is no need for anyone to panic.
