ED had also investigated money laundering against Shamsul Huda Khan.

The madrasa of Maulana Shamsul Huda Khan was in Goshtmandi area of ​​Khalilabad. Maulana had filed a petition against the order to demolish the madrassa, which was rejected by the Commissioner Court on Saturday. Earlier, the DM court of Sant Kabir Nagar had also upheld the order to demolish the madrasa of British Maulana Shamsul Huda. The administration had already sealed Shamsul’s madrasa and registered the land in the account of the UP government. The recognition of this madrasa was suspended. After which the SDM court had issued an order to demolish it. Against which Maulana Shamsul Huda Khan had appealed in the DM court. After considering all the facts, the DM court also approved the demolition.

According to the information, Maulan Shamsul Huda Khan was a resident of Deoria Lal village of Dudhara area. He earlier taught in a madrasa in Azamgarh. According to the information, Maulana Shamsul Huda Khan also kept traveling abroad under the guise of religious work. Then he went to Britain. Where in the year 2013, Maulana Shamsul Huda Khan took British citizenship. There is also an allegation against Maulana Shamsul that he received money from abroad through an NGO. Then in the years 2017 and 2018, he purchased land in Sant Kabir Nagar in the name of his relatives including his wife. Apart from this, a madrasa was built in Goshtmandi area of ​​Khalilabad with this amount. Now the madrasa has been demolished and the land has gone into the possession of the UP government.
