Yogi Adityanath Put Saffron Scarves Around Suvendu Adhikari’s Neck: Yogi Adityanath made Bengal’s new CM Suvendu Adhikari wear a saffron scarf, political meanings started being extracted.
New Delhi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave a special gift to the new Bengal CM Subhendu Adhikari today. Yogi made Shubhendu Adhikari wear a saffron scarf. After taking oath as Chief Minister, Subhendu Adhikari first went to Prime Minister Narendra Modi present on the stage and took blessings. After this the officer greeted other leaders one by one. During this time, when he went to Yogi Adityanath, the UP CM put a saffron towel around the neck of Shubhendu Adhikari. Shubhendu was already wearing saffron kurta and with the help of Yogi’s gamcha he became completely saffron.

The political significance of Yogi gifting a saffron towel to Shubhendu is also being inferred. Some people believe that this is a message that BJP will move forward with Hindutva ideology in Bengal also. Let us tell you that saffron-clad Yogi Adityanath is quite popular for his Hindutva image. His policy of zero tolerance towards crime and criminals is discussed across the country. Yogi’s bulldozer model against criminals is in discussion everywhere. Governments of many other states are also adopting Yogi’s bulldozer model.

Yogi had also mentioned bulldozers during the Bengal election campaign. Yogi had cited the comment of Kolkata High Court in which the TMC government was told that they are not able to provide security even during Durga Puja, ask for bulldozers from UP, that is the only means left to treat these goons. It is worth noting that Yogi’s popularity can be gauged from the fact that this time in the Bengal Assembly elections, Yogi had campaigned on 22 seats, out of which BJP candidates have won in most of these seats.
