TMC MP’s To Give Jolt To Mamata Banerjee: Will TMC MPs give jolt to Mamata Banerjee now?, 58 MLAs have already formed a separate group

New Delhi. After 58 TMC MLAs formed a separate faction in West Bengal, there is speculation that all the party MPs in Delhi may also shock Mamata Banerjee. If this happens, TMC may be lost by Mamata Banerjee in the same way as Uddhav Thackeray lost Shiv Sena and Sharad Pawar lost NCP. There is talk that TMC MPs are going to form a separate group and stake claim to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha and the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha on Monday.

Mamata Banerjee’s TMC has 28 MPs in the Lok Sabha. The number of TMC MPs in Rajya Sabha is 13. In such a situation, to form a separate faction of TMC and not come under the influence of anti-defection law, 19 MPs in Lok Sabha and 9 in Rajya Sabha will have to be taken along. If the number is less than this, it will not work. It is being told that at one time, Dr. Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar, close to Mamata Banerjee and TMC MP from Barasat, is uniting the rebel MPs. It can be known on Monday whether Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar is successful in the break TMC campaign or not.

Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar was made the Chief Whip in the Lok Sabha by Mamata Banerjee, but after the results of the West Bengal Assembly elections, Kakoli was removed from this post and handed over to Kalyan Banerjee. After this, Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar had expressed his displeasure through social media. He has even complained to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla about using abusive language on Kalyan Banerjee. This complaint of Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar has been sent to the Ethics Committee of the Lok Sabha. However, if a large group of TMC MPs separate after the MLAs, then it can affect the future political innings of not only Mamata Banerjee but also her nephew Abhishek Banerjee. Abhishek Banerjee was considered to be the leader of TMC after Mamata Banerjee, but now MLAs and MPs are seen standing against him.
