Khan Sir Coaching Controversy: Khan Sir will not surrender, will apply in court for anticipatory bail, FIR has been registered in the firing case.

New Delhi. Khan sir, director of Khan Global Studies, will not surrender in the court in the firing case outside his coaching center in Patna. He will file a petition in the court demanding anticipatory bail. Khan sir’s lawyer Arvind Kumar said that he is innocent and his anticipatory bail application will be filed by Monday. Earlier there were reports in the media that Khan sir has reached Patna court to surrender. An FIR was registered against Khan sir at Kadamkuan police station in Patna on Friday. Since then there is a possibility of his arrest.

Khan Sir’s full name is Faisal Khan and under his coaching, students are made to prepare for competitive exams at a very low fee. Khan Sir is very popular among the students. Due to the ongoing dispute between Khan Global Studies and Gyan Bindu Coaching, another institute located nearby in Patna, the threat of arrest is hanging over Khan’s head. Patna Police has already arrested Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching, and his two associates Abhishek and Gaurav.

In fact, on the night of June 2, some people reached outside Khan Global Studies, tore coaching posters and pelted stones at the coaching centre. Later a video went viral in which Khan sir’s guards were seen firing. After this, the police arrested his two guards and also registered a case against Khan sir. It is alleged that Khan sir himself had asked the guards to open fire. Khan sir had initially said that several rounds were fired by the opposing group, however later he remained silent on this matter. This whole controversy started after the result of Inspector Recruitment Examination.
