New Delhi. Despite issuing a whip for the parliamentary party meeting of Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena-UBT, six rebel MPs of the party did not turn up. Due to this, Uddhav’s close aide and Shiv Sena-UBT Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut again got angry and he used abusive words for the rebel MPs. He again asked the media not to cut out these abusive words while releasing the video. Sanjay Raut had earlier on Wednesday also abused these 6 MPs. Even then he had said that these abusive words should not be deleted.

Last time when Sanjay Raut had abused Shiv Sena-UBT rebel MPs, he refused to even express regret over it. Sanjay Raut said that speaking such abusive words is common in Maharashtra. This is the first time that MPs who rebelled against a party are being publicly abused. It is not yet known whether the rebel MPs of Shiv Sena-UBT will take any action on the abuses used by Sanjay Raut. According to the information, at present all the rebel MPs are in different cities.

Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government has decided to provide Y category security to rebel MPs of Uddhav’s party. Sanjay Dina Patil, MP of Mumbai North-East Lok Sabha seat, Sanjay Deshmukh of Yavatmal-Washim seat, Nagesh Patil Ashtikar of Hingoli Lok Sabha seat, Omprakash Raje Nimbalkar of Dharashiv seat, Bhausaheb Wakchore of Shirdi Lok Sabha seat and Sanjay Jadhav of Parbhani Lok Sabha seat have given a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, leaving Uddhav and joining Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena. All these rebel MPs have also requested the Speaker of the Lok Sabha to change their seating positions in the Lok Sabha. A decision in this regard is expected by next week.
