Big Relief To Khan Sir: Khan Sir again gets relief from the court, ban on arrest extended for firing on Roshan Anand’s coaching staff.
Patna. A court in Patna, the capital of Bihar, has again given big relief to Faizal Khan alias Khan Sir in the coaching dispute and firing case. Khan sir has applied for anticipatory bail in Patna court. During the hearing in the court on Saturday, the police gave the updated case diary. The court took note of this and then extended the interim protection granted to Khan sir till June 25. The court has also asked the police not to take action against other accused along with Khan sir till further orders.

Actually, on June 2, there was a clash between Khan sir and people of Roshan Anand’s Gyan Bindu coaching. Both the sides had clashed with each other. After that Khan Sir alleged that during the confrontation with the people of Gyan Bindu Coaching, there was firing from the other side. On this the police said that they have not received information about the firing. When Patna Police said this, Khan sir said that they had received wrong information about firing. Later a video came on social media. In which Khan Sir’s two guards were allegedly accused of firing. After this, Patna Police arrested both the guards of Khan Sir and sent them to jail.

Police claim that both the guards told during interrogation that they had fired on the instructions of Khan Sir. After this the police registered an FIR for firing against Khan sir. Khan sir has not appeared since then. At the same time, the police arrested Roshan Anand and sent him to jail. Roshan Anand’s brother Prince Yadav was also made an accused by the police. Prince Yadav had absconded to Nepal. Where he died under mysterious circumstances. After this, Roshan Anand also accused Khan sir of killing his brother. Khan sir had earlier released a video and denied any involvement in Prince Yadav’s death.
