Bharat Bhushan Tiwari Encounter Case: If someone is wrong then action should be taken, Bihar CM Samrat Chaudhary’s first reaction in Bharat Bhushan Tiwari encounter case.


New Delhi. State Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has reacted for the first time in the Bharat Bhushan Tiwari encounter case in Biloti village of Bhojpur, Bihar. While addressing a program in Patna, CM mentioned the murder case of Bharat Bhushan Tiwari. He said, an incident happened in Bhojpur. The Bihar government immediately took up the task of constituting the highest commission, the Judicial Commission, so that justice could be provided. If someone is wrong then action should be taken against him. In the structure of Bihar, development of all together is possible only then we will be able to move ahead.

Earlier, Chairman of the judicial commission formed to investigate the Bharat Tiwari encounter case and former judge Binod Kumar Sinha and Shahabad DIG Satyaprakash reached Biloti village today and talked to the family members of the deceased. Bhojpur Superintendent of Police Raj also went to Biloti village late on Wednesday night and met the family members of Bharat Tiwari. Family members allege that the police killed Bharat in a fake encounter. The family members are demanding a CBI inquiry into the entire matter and hanging of the guilty policemen. Some time ago, the family members had announced that if justice was not provided, they would commit mass suicide. On the other hand, the Human Rights Commission has also taken cognizance of this matter.

A petition has also been filed in the Supreme Court demanding a CBI investigation into this matter. Let us tell you that on June 17, the police had encountered Bharat. Bharat’s mother Asha Devi had filed an application before Bhojpur Superintendent of Police Raj against the policemen involved in the encounter. Following the recommendation of the SP, a case has been registered against Jagdishpur sub-divisional police officer and Shahpur police station incharge and other policemen involved in the encounter.
