Pune. There is news that Pune Police has not yet got concrete evidence in the alleged murder case of Ketan Aggarwal. According to Dainik Hindustan newspaper, Pune Rural Police currently has the confession of accused Siya Goyal and her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary. Under the law, a confession given to the police is not valid in the court unless concrete evidence is presented along with it. In such a situation, the police is looking for concrete evidence in the Ketan Aggarwal case. Otherwise Siya and Chetan can be acquitted.

Pune Rural Police had applied in the court to conduct a lie detector test on Siya Goyal. Which was later withdrawn. The police have told the court that there is no eyewitness to the alleged murder or any concrete evidence to know who pushed Ketan Aggarwal into the ditch from Lohagarh Fort. That means overall the police have nothing except circumstantial evidence. Among these evidence is the CCTV video of Chetan Chaudhary. In which he was seen wearing a hoodie in the summer. At the same time, Sia had a chat with one of her friends recently. In this chat, Sia had written that it is difficult to marry Ketan.

Pune Rural Police has alleged that Siya Goyal and Chetan Choudhary together conspired to murder Ketan Aggarwal. Under this conspiracy, Sia took Ketan to Lohagarh Fort. Where Chetan Chaudhary also reached and pushed Ketan into the ditch. Ketan died after falling into a 400 feet deep ditch. The special thing is that there is no CCTV camera from where Pune Rural Police is saying that Ketan was pushed on June 18. Apart from this, no one else was present there at the time of the incident. At the same time, Ketan’s father Vishal Aggarwal claims that on June 14, Siya had also tried to push him from the Lohagarh Fort and make him fall into the ditch. Ketan had caught hold of a bush at that time and his life was saved. After which Siya hugged Ketan screaming ‘snake-snake’. Due to which Ketan thought that Siya tried to save him from the snake.
