New Delhi. A new theater command of the Indian Army is going to be formed soon. According to the news of Hindustan Times newspaper, the new CDS General NS Raja Subramani will meet Defense Minister Rajnath Singh by the end of this month for approval to create a new theater command. With the formation of Theater Command, India will join the ranks of five powerful countries: America, Russia, China, Britain and France. By forming a theater command, all three armies will benefit in case of any war with China and Pakistan.

According to the news, the head of every theater command can be a four-star officer. Along with the Army, Navy and Air Force will also be included in the new theater command. Northern Theater Command will keep an eye on the LAC adjacent to China. Western Theater Command will get the responsibility of Pakistan border. At the same time, Maritime Theater Command is to be created to protect the maritime border of India. Whose headquarters will be in Andaman-Nicobar Islands. Earlier CDS and now late General Bipin Rawat had given the idea of ​​theater command to the government. After the untimely demise of General Rawat, the government gave the responsibility of implementing it to the next CDS General Anil Chauhan.

According to the news, General (retired) Anil Chauhan, who was CDS before General Subramani, had submitted the final draft of Theater Command to the Defense Minister. Now a presentation on this has to be given to the Defense Minister by the new CDS. After Rajnath Singh gives the green signal to the Theater Command, it will be presented in the CCS meeting chaired by PM Narendra Modi. With the approval from there, three theater commands will be formed. Presently many commands of Army, Navy and Air Force are functioning. With the formation of theater command, coordination will be maintained during the war with China and Pakistan. Together, all three armies will be able to deliver a strong attack on the enemy. Every moment information about the battlefield will be shared between senior officers of the three armies. This will lead to success in turning the war in favor of India.
