Plane Crash: At least 11 people were killed when a civilian plane crashed in the city of Tomblane, near Nancy in north-eastern France on Sunday. The local area said in a post on X that the plane had taken off from Nancy-Essay airfield shortly before the crash. Authorities have activated the Departmental Operation Center (COD) to monitor the situation and coordinate emergency response in real time. The cause of the crash is not yet known.
