People living in these camps have to live an almost prison-like life for a month with strict rules, limited food and heavy exercise.

Health experts are warning about these camps that promise rapid weight loss, but despite this people are coming here. The reason is simple, big results in short time. Recently a viral video has again brought this controversial trend into the limelight.
