12 new modern cities are going to be built in Bihar! The map will change due to this decision of Samrat Chaudhary

The state government has taken the biggest and most ambitious step so far to give a new and extremely stormy pace to urban development and modern facilities in Bihar. Under the leadership of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Development Minister Samrat Chaudhary, the government has given the green signal to the mega plan to develop 12 luxurious ‘Greenfield Satellite Townships’ (new cities) in different areas of the state. For this, a very big and historic financial agreement has also been completed.

The main objective of this very special and big project is to provide the best and luxurious housing to the rapidly growing urban population of Bihar. Along with this, people in these new cities will be able to get world class modern infrastructure facilities and many new employment opportunities at one place. After this decision, there is an atmosphere of celebration throughout Bihar, especially in the 12 districts where these new cities are to be established.

Historic agreement of Rs 1 lakh crore signed to establish new cities

There is going to be no shortage of money for this scheme which will completely change Bihar. A major agreement has been signed between the Urban Development and Housing Department of the State Government and the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) for a very large and long term loan of up to Rs 1 lakh crore. Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary himself were present during this historic agreement. In his dignified presence, senior officials of both the major departments exchanged the MoU documents.

New cities will take over vast land of more than three lakh acres

According to this big plan of the government, these 12 gleaming satellite townships will be built on a vast land of more than three lakh acres in different parts of Bihar. These cities will be beautifully designed keeping in mind the future needs of the next 50 years and modern technology. People living here will enjoy wide sparkling roads, excellent and hi-tech transport system, lush greenery all around, high-quality housing and the best civic amenities in the world.

The matter will be decided based on the wishes of the farmers and their participation.

The most special and biggest feature of this entire mega project is that ‘Land Pulling Model’ is being adopted in it. This simply means that the government will not forcibly take away anyone’s land, rather the will of the farmers and their direct participation will be ensured in this entire project. The government has clearly said that whatever farmers give their land in this scheme and opt for compensation, they will be paid their money within the stipulated time frame without any delay and with complete transparency.

From school, hospital to park, everything will be world class.

The government claims that in these 12 modern townships, utmost care will be taken for the comforts and conveniences of the common people. Under this proposed scheme, a completely modern and wide road network will be created here. Apart from this, 24-hour supply of pure drinking water to every house, world class underground sewerage system, uninterrupted power supply, beautiful parks, big schools, hospitals with modern technology, luxurious commercial malls and business centers will be developed. This new Bihar is all set to join the list of most modern states of the country.
