Delhi Police arrested for sexual assault with a four year old girl in Narela area. of oppression 25 year old Rizwan, resident of Bawana, has been arrested on this charge. The arrest was made soon after the incident which took place on Wednesday (December 3). On Wednesday evening around 5.30 pm, the police received information about molestation of a girl. Rizwan confessed to the police that he was roaming around drunk and saw the girl alone. He took her to a nearby empty room and molested her. He also admitted that he had locked the door from inside so that no one could stop him. Police have confirmed that Rizwan did not know the victim before the incident, and he has been sent to judicial custody.
The girl was saved by her teacher. When the girl did not come to her class, her teacher and some students started looking for her. A student heard the baby crying from the second floor of a nearby building. The teacher and others reached there, saved the girl and caught Rizwan. Before the police arrived and took him into custody, some people in the area beat him up.

The police have registered a case under Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) against the accused. ) Act as well as a strict case has been registered by registering an FIR under relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS).
