BJP taunts on Madhya Pradesh Congress infighting, immersion in organization creation!
According to BJP, internal strife and factionalism in Madhya Pradesh Congress has once again come to the fore. Media Department Chairman Mukesh Nayak (former minister) resigned from his post on 26-27 December 2025.
The main reason for the resignation is said to be a dispute with Abhay Tiwari (General Secretary/Incharge of Media Department, considered to be associated with Kamal Nath faction) regarding the talent hunt program (selection of new spokespersons of the party).
On December 23, Mukesh Nayak had formed a 13-member committee, in which Abhay Tiwari was made the coordinator. But, Abhay Tiwari canceled it considering it not authorized and said that only the competent authority has the right to form such a committee. Angered by this, Mukesh Nayak resigned and said that he was stepping back to give a chance to new people.
However, State Congress President Jitu Patwari has rejected Mukesh Nayak’s resignation and directed him to continue in the post. According to party sources, this incident is a new example of the ongoing tussle between Kamal Nath and other groups, in which the lack of coordination in the organization is clearly visible.
BJP is attacking regarding the political tussle happening within Congress. BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala had said that Congress versus Congress has reached its peak.
