Responding To Kuldeep Sengar’s Daughters Statement The Sp Mp Said A Daughter Will Always Consider Her Father Innocent

Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Virendra Singh has reacted to the statement of Aishwarya Sengar, daughter of Unnao rape case convict and former MLA Kuldeep Sengar, in which Aishwarya Sengar has claimed that her father is innocent.

The SP MP said that it is natural that a daughter will declare her father innocent.

While talking to news agency IANS in New Delhi, SP MP said that a father always takes the side of his son and daughter. Similarly, Aishwarya Sengar is also taking her father’s side and calling him innocent. This is natural, what’s wrong with it?

Earlier, Kuldeep Sengar’s daughter had claimed that if her father even raised his eyes and looked, he should be given death sentence. My father did nothing. They are innocent. Kuldeep Sengar’s daughter hopes that he will get justice from the court.

On the other hand, on the Supreme Court staying the bail of Unnao rape case convict and former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, MP Virendra Singh said that it is very unfortunate that the High Court’s decision was based on the fact that a public representative, be it an MLA or an MP, was not considered a government employee.

This is a very unfortunate thing. MPs and MLAs are government employees, but in the eyes of the law they are not considered public servants, therefore we demand from the government that public representatives should be brought under the ambit of public servants.

On the politics of mosque-temple in West Bengal, the SP MP said that I believe that the Constitution says that the government should not interfere in religious matters. Matters of faith are private, and people of all religions can build temples or places of worship according to their beliefs, following legal procedures.
