Congress Mukta Parishad, SP should not do such work that Vidhan Bhavan has to be freed: Chief Minister Yogi!

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday targeted the leaders of Congress and Samajwadi Party in the Legislative Council. He asked the members of Samajwadi Party, the main opposition party of the Legislative Council, to take a lesson from the Congress. Congress has become without Legislative Council. If SP also has to be without assembly and council, then it should indulge in unruly nonsense and insult great men. Otherwise, do not behave in such a way which creates animosity in the society.

CM Yogi requested the members of opposition parties not to put the new identity of UP in jeopardy. If you discharge your role as a responsible opposition to move forward with the journey of development of the state, then the people of the state will honor you.

He said that Uttar Pradesh has achieved good success in all sectors. When work is done with teamwork in the state and country, results are achieved. Today there is faith in the minds of every section (village, poor, youth, women, farmers, handicraftsmen) and this faith is visible in every sector.

Today there is rule of law in UP, criminals are afraid, the poor are respected, farmers are happy, women are guaranteed security, youth have opportunities to move forward, there is electricity in every village and pride in every heart. UP is again moving forward with a new identity as the base of Ramrajya.

Chief Minister Yogi said that Uttar Pradesh has created its new identity as a strong, safe and prosperous state through public welfare, employment generation, investment expansion as well as social security. Our aim is to establish UP as a one trillion dollar economy by 2029-30 as per the vision of the Prime Minister. We have also presented the budget in that direction.

He said that Samajwadi Party could not speak well about the budget because they do not have time to do well. He neither did good nor will speak good. Taking advantage of the double engine government, our government has strongly promoted the Prime Minister’s vision in the state. CM said that there are many sectors in which these people are misleading.

CM Yogi condemned the attitude of opposition parties towards constitutional institutions. He said that Samajwadi Party leaders promote caste conflicts through statements. Along with making the society fight among themselves, insulting faith, increasing hooliganism and anarchy, they are not failing to attack the constitutional values also.

The Chief Minister said that SIR proceedings are going on in the state by the Election Commission of India. Governments have no role in this. The system follows the guidelines of the Commission.

Referring to the SIR proceedings by the Election Commission of India, he told the House that more than 2.88 crore people are absent/dead or shifting. Samajwadi Party used to force them to vote and do fake polling. SP is shouting that fake work is being done in the name of Form-7. CM explained the usefulness of the system of Form-6, Form-7 and Form-8 made by the Commission.

He said that SP officials and workers are misbehaving and beating the BLOs and other people involved in the SIR process, this does not suit them. This is disregard, mockery and insult to constitutional institutions. If we take oath of the Constitution then we should respect the constitutional institutions. It is unacceptable to decide the definition of constitutional institutions as per your choice.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that now the condition of education and schools in the state has improved. UP has presented many models including Operation Kayakalp in basic education, Atal Residential Schools with world class infrastructure for workers and destitute children. Two CM Composite Schools have been approved in every district.

Our effort is to extend its networking up to the Nyaya Panchayat level so that children from pre-primary to 12th can get the facility to study in one campus with excellent infrastructure.

He said that adequate funds have been provided to aided-government colleges and secondary education under Project Alankar. In collaboration with Tata Technology, the state has started work on all these, including 150 ITIs and emerging technologies (AI, drones, robotics). About 75 universities are functioning in the government and private sector, which have emerged as excellent centers of higher education.
