India Ai Impact Expo A Powerful Confluence Of Imagination And Innovation
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on ‘India AI Impact Expo 2026’ on Tuesday (February 17) that this is a powerful confluence of imagination, innovation and purpose. Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the expo here on Monday (February 16) with over 600 high-potential startups and pavilions from 13 countries, showcasing international collaboration in the AI ecosystem.
“India AI Impact Expo 2026 was a powerful confluence of imagination, innovation and purpose. It showcased the extraordinary potential of Indian talent in shaping the future of artificial intelligence for global good,” Prime Minister Modi wrote on Twitter. He also said that most importantly, this expo has reiterated India’s commitment towards responsible, inclusive and widespread use of AI for human progress. The exhibition brings together global technology companies, startups, educational and research institutions, central and state governments and international partners on one platform.

Spread over an area of more than 70,000 square meters in the Bharat Mandapam, the expo has been organized in 10 rings. This includes global technology companies, startups, academic and research institutions, central ministries, state governments and international partners. The exhibition features pavilions from 13 countries, showcasing international collaboration in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) ecosystem. These include pavilions from Australia, Japan, Russia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan and African countries.
Over 300 curated exhibition pavilions and live demos are being organized at this expo, based on three thematic cycles People, Planet and Progress. Additionally, it includes more than 600 high-potential startups, many of which are developing globally useful and population-level solutions. These startups are showcasing working solutions already implemented in the real world.
