Jharkhand: Everyone from Governor to Ministers cast their votes, appeal to voters for participation!

Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar cast his vote at the polling booth at the Administrative Training Institute campus in Ranchi. Speaking to the media after voting, he said that local bodies are directly linked to the development of the constituency.

He appealed to the voters to vote and elect representatives who are committed to the welfare of their region and the state. The Governor said that voters should decide for themselves who to vote for, but it is the responsibility of every citizen to vote.

BJP MP from Godda Nishikant Dubey voted with his family in Deoghar Municipal Corporation area. While sharing the picture on social media, he appealed to the people to use this right of democracy.

After voting, he raised questions on the elections being conducted through ballot paper and said that in the digital age, due to this system, the state may lag behind in the race of development. However, he expressed confidence that BJP supported candidates will perform better. Hazaribagh MP Manish Jaiswal also voted and called it an important opportunity for the development, cleanliness and transparency of the area.

He appealed to voters for maximum participation with the message of “First voting, then refreshments”. Minister Sudivya Kumar cast his vote in Giridih, while State Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperation Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey cast her vote at the booth located at Sant Ajay Middle School, Dahisot Banhora.

He said that along with voting rights, there is also a responsibility and the youth should especially come forward. The minister issued a message on social media saying that while electing the city government, priority should be given to educated, experienced and visionary leadership. The active participation of prominent leaders during the ongoing voting across the state has further energized the election atmosphere.
