Uddiyana Bandha: Not just an exercise, an art of purifying the body from within!

One of them is Uddiyan Bandha, which the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India has advised people to include in their daily lives. The Ministry of AYUSH says that Uddiyana Bandha is not just a physical practice but an art of purifying the body from within.
Along with the benefits of this method, the Ministry of AYUSH has also told people about the correct technique to do it. According to this, to do this exercise, first of all sit carefully in Padmasana, Vajrasana or Sukhasana posture.
After this, place your palms on your knees and expel all the air from the mouth. Then inhale and hold it for some time and apply Jalandhar Bandha (throat lock).
Then pull the abdominal muscles inward and upward. After this, stop the breathing as much as possible without any problem and slowly release Jalandhar Bandha. After this, inhale slowly and let the abdominal muscles relax and return to normal position.
Uddiyana Bandha is a powerful movement of yoga, in which the abdominal muscles are pulled inward and upward towards the spine by completely exhaling. Doing this exercise regularly every day is very beneficial for digestion, energy flow and mental peace.
