To avoid mobile addiction, adopt digital detox like this

Mobile phone has become an important part of modern life and is also a symbol of technological progress. However, its increasing addiction is now having a negative impact on the health of everyone from children to adults. Today the situation is that the use of mobile has become so included in our everyday life that often we do not even realize how much time of the day we have spent in front of the screen. The habit of continuous mobile use gradually starts giving rise to both physical and mental problems. Therefore, to keep body and mind healthy, it becomes very important to do digital detox from time to time.

Actually, mobile addiction affects not only mental but also physical health. Prolonged use of phone can cause problems like insomnia, pain in shoulders and neck, obesity, irritation or weakness in eyes, headache, lack of concentration, stress and depression. Apart from this, the person also starts becoming socially isolated.

In such a situation, by adopting Ayurvedic digital detox, one can get relief from these problems to a great extent and both body and mind can be made balanced and healthy again. Through this, body and mind can be made balanced and healthy in a natural way. This process not only relaxes the mind, eyes and nerves but also strengthens them. Adopting a digital detox increases concentration, reduces stress and also helps in controlling the vata tendencies in the body.

First of all, start the day with Surya Namaskar. After this, bend the shoulders and neck and do eye yoga. Along with this, morning walk is necessary for both mind and body. Take deep breaths to calm your mind and try to spend an entire day without your phone on weekends. There may be some difficulty in this at first, but gradually you will get used to it. To save your mind from stress and anxiety, you can do Zumba and dance. This will keep the body active and the mind also happy.

To keep the body mentally and physically healthy, it is also important to change the diet. For this, include Amla, honey, ghee, Triphala, coconut water, almonds, Ashwagandha, turmeric milk, and basil tea in your diet. Amla will help in keeping the brain and eyes healthy, while Triphala will help in digesting food by increasing the digestive fire. Ghee will strengthen the nervous system and also provide strength to the brain.
