Using such a balanced combination for a few days is considered helpful in keeping the body light and organized. Apart from this, lemon, ginger or dry ginger can also be used with water to correct the slowed digestion.
Triphala present in the mixture cleanses the intestines and makes the intestines active and helps in passing stool by eliminating the bad bacteria, while Giloy is considered in Ayurveda as a means to balance the tridoshas. It increases the body’s immunity and gives the stomach and liver the ability to function properly. Honey enhances the effect of Ayurvedic herbs, while turmeric not only increases immunity but also destroys dirty bacteria from the body.
