Summer tanning will not bother you, make this natural scrub at home!
With the onset of summer, everyone starts worrying about the problem of tanning. In the scorching sun, the maximum effect is seen on the face, legs, neck and hands.
Not only does the skin become dark in color, but due to heat and sweat, rashes also start appearing on the face. In such a situation, a boil has been mentioned in Ayurveda, which will not only provide relief from tanning in summer, but will also bring glow to the face. First let us know why tanning happens.
Tanning is a common problem in summer, due to which the skin color becomes darker. To protect against the continuous rays of the sun, the skin produces a hormone called melanin, and over time the color becomes uneven. If proper care is taken, one can get rid of tanning.
A temporary glow alone is not enough to remove tanning. Skin really needs balance and nourishment. In such a situation, many effective remedies have been suggested in Ayurveda to heal the skin, one of which is natural rubbing.
Making natural paste is also easy. For this, prepare a paste by mixing orange peel powder, a small amount of saffron, liquorice powder and sandalwood powder with aloe vera gel. If the paste seems thick then you can add rose water or raw milk. Apply this paste on the affected area twice a week.
This natural scrub has the ability to cleanse the skin by removing dead cells. It also helps in evening out the complexion and deeply nourishes the skin. Liquorice balances melanin and saffron also helps in lightening the skin complexion.
