Shabana Azmi shared a beautiful picture with Javed Akhtar on Kohima trip!

The relationship between famous Bollywood actress Shabana Azmi and famous writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar has been an example for the people for a long time and with time their love and relationship is getting deeper. This can be gauged from Shabana Azmi’s social media posts. Recently both of them went on a wonderful trip to Kohima. On Saturday, the actress shared a beautiful picture of her trip with Javed.

Shabana posted a picture with Javed on Instagram. He also wrote, “The beautiful Kigwema village is clean and community-supported. We got to see some beautiful Naga folk dances and also enjoyed delicious local food. Thank you for the guided tour.”

Kigwema is a very beautiful village, a historical and beautiful Angami Naga village located in Kohima, Nagaland, about 15 km south of Kohima. It is known for its traditional Naga architecture, rich culture and proximity to Kisama Heritage Village, famous for the Hornbill Festival. This village has historical importance during the Second World War.

The Japanese Army had built its base here during World War II, making it an important historical site. This village is a serene and beautiful place for tourists due to its natural beauty and closeness to ‘Dizuko Valley’. Here one can get a glimpse of traditional Naga folk dance and music. It is famous for its hospitality.

Shabana Azmi will soon be seen in director Santoshi’s action drama ‘Lahore 1947’. Backed by Aamir Khan Productions, the film stars Sunny Deol, Preity Zinta, Ali Fazal and Karan Deol.
