Problem of gray hair due to imbalance of Pitta dosha, know the reason and solution!

In today’s time, the problem of gray hair has started happening from an early age. Having gray hair is not a sign of old age, but indicates lack of nutrition. There can be many reasons behind graying of hair, but in Ayurveda it has been linked to increased pitta and bad lifestyle. Unbalanced Pitta Dosha is not only the main reason for graying of hair, but stomach related diseases also occur due to imbalance of Pitta.

According to Ayurveda, the main reasons behind premature graying of hair are aggravation of Pitta dosha, wrong eating habits, stress and bad lifestyle. If the lifestyle is regularized and Vata is also balanced, then the problem of gray hair can be prevented from increasing. For this, many methods have been suggested in Ayurveda. To prevent the growth of white hair, it is important to pay attention to the nutrition of the body both internally and externally.

First of all Pitta needs to be balanced. For this, consume less spicy and less oily food, reduce tea, sour things, coffee, and things with excess salt in the diet. All these food items increase bile in the body.

Diet to deal with the problem of gray hair is also described in Ayurveda. For this, include Amla, beetroot, ghee, black raisins, asparagus and Triphala powder in the diet. Massage your hair with pure coconut oil and Bhringraj oil twice a week. This can prevent the problem of white hair to a great extent.

Mental stress is also one of the reasons behind premature graying of hair. Mental health also gets affected due to incomplete sleep, excessive pressure on eyes, anger and irritability. In such a situation, get enough sleep and control your anger. To keep yourself calm, breathe in the open air and try to spend as much time as possible with nature.
