Giving an example, he said that if they have to go from here to Guwahati to take classes and go by train, it will take about 24 hours. In such a situation, there is a need to use aircraft or better means, not show off.
He said that if a common man can reach heights by working hard, his lifestyle will also change. If I have to go somewhere quickly, I will also choose the faster means to save time. This does not mean that the person has become distant from the common man.
Awadh Ojha said that the common man is the real king in the country and leaders also have their responsibilities. If a leader travels in a chartered plane, it is as per his need. He said that in personal life, leaders live like common people.
At the same time, after Arvind Kejriwal got relief in the liquor scam, when he was asked whether he considered him as God, he said that it is wrong to consider any person as God and it would be flattery.
He praised Kejriwal and described him as a very good leader who has a great vision. Avadh Ojha said that he has spent time with Kejriwal several times in long meetings, where serious issues like education, industrialization and infrastructure were discussed. Kejriwal can become the future leader of the country, as people are gradually understanding the need for better education and health.
Apart from this, Avadh Ojha also said something interesting regarding his entry into films. He told that he has good contacts in Bollywood and he has asked many people including ‘Mirzapur’ script writer Puneet Krishna to give him the role of villain. Ojha laughingly said that if he played the role of a hero, he would probably not fit in it, but he could play the role of a villain in a better way.
