Everyone’s development in BJP government, those who looted Bengal will be held accountable: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public meeting in Birbhum in poll-bound West Bengal on Thursday. During this, he strongly targeted the Trinamool Congress (TMC) government of the state. Addressing the public meeting, he described the land of Birbhum as historical, revolutionary and full of inspiration.

He said, “Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore wanted to see a society where everyone was free from fear. TMC’s Mahajangalraj did exactly the opposite. He used to talk about mother, soil and human beings, but today the mother is crying. The soil is being taken over by infiltrators and the human beings are scared and scared.

The land is yours, the rights are yours, but there is a gang war going on to take possession of it. The looting of sand, stone and coal that is going on is happening with the blessings of big TMC leaders and their high command. The occupation of the soil of Bengal by infiltrators is reaching a very dangerous level.”

Referring to the infiltration, the Prime Minister said, “TMC’s syndicate is providing fake government documents to the infiltrators. Infiltrators come in from the neighbourhood. Wrong work is being done in Panchayat and other government offices by intimidation.”

Be it a government scheme or labor work, infiltrators snatch this work from the people here for less money. The local people here have to migrate elsewhere in search of work. Now this will not work. You all are seeing directly what is the condition of Rampurhat. The entire country also saw what happened in Malda recently, where even officers were taken hostage. It is necessary to free the people of Bengal from this fear. Among mother, soil and man, the condition of mother is even worse.”

Accusing the President of not respecting the President, the Prime Minister said, “It has become difficult for the daughters of our SC-ST and OBC communities to live. What will be the mentality of the TMC which can insult even the country’s first tribal woman President? How much arrogance will there be.”

President Murmu had come here for a big program of Santhal community. No matter who is in power in the country, it is your responsibility under the Constitution to give due respect to the President. But this arrogant TMC government does not consider even the President of the country as anything. Just because our President is the daughter of a tribal community, you get the right to insult her. This is an insult to the Constitution of the country, all tribals and women.”

He said, “You all will remember the incident of last year very well. What happened to a tribal daughter studying in school in Birbhum itself is very disturbing. No scheme can compensate the one who has lost his daughter, no matter how much money someone gives. The same happened in RGKar Medical College.

A doctor’s daughter was snatched away from us. I would tell all the mothers and sisters that this election is for the safety of our daughters. Every BJP government provides monthly assistance or every facility to the sisters without any cut or commission. It is transferred to the account of the person to whom it is due. BJP has given many schemes to mothers and sisters, which will be implemented rapidly. This is Modi’s guarantee.”

PM Modi said, “The farewell of the ruthless TMC government is being decided by the youth power of Bengal. The number of lathicharges and tears that the youth here have faced in the past years will be answered on April 23 and April 29.”

The central government organizes employment fairs in the country, under which lakhs of youth are given appointments for government jobs. More than 17 lakh government jobs have been given in the last two years. But in West Bengal, there is no employment fair but a game of looting of jobs. The teacher recruitment scam crushed the dreams of thousands of families.”

He said, “India is making new records in defense manufacturing today. At the same time, in Birbhum itself, reserves of crude bombs are found from the houses of people associated with TMC. TMC has made the manufacturing of crude bombs a cottage industry. Under the rule of TMC, small and cottage industries are closing, but industries of crude bombs are expanding. This will not work now.”

Nature has given a lot to Bengal. There are treasures of natural wealth under the earth, but the TMC syndicate is looting it. Now TMC will go on May 4. The BJP government in Bengal will start a new chapter of connectivity, which will provide new employment to the youth.”

He said, “The Government of India has launched projects worth Rs 75,000 crore, but TMC has stopped it. Now work will be done on many projects at a fast pace, which will create new avenues for all types of small and big industries in Birbhum.
