Shilpa told the benefits of doing upside down yoga, warned BP patients!

In the video, Shilpa is seen doing upside down yoga pose. The actress is seen doing this pose with great precision and control.

Through this video, she told that women should avoid doing certain exercises and inverted poses during their periods. Shilpa shared the video and wrote, “Every yoga posture makes you strong and flexible both in body and mind.”

Describing the benefits of the pose, he wrote, “Regular practice of this pose improves blood circulation in the brain, activates the thyroid and parathyroid glands. Also, it helps in reducing stress and anxiety. Digestion is improved and the face gets a natural glow. The muscles of the neck, shoulders and stomach become stronger.”

At the end of the post, after explaining the benefits of yoga, the actress explained the precautions related to it. He wrote, “If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, neck pain or slipped disc, do not do this asana. Women should avoid this asana during menstruation.”

According to the General Yoga Protocol of the Ministry of AYUSH, ‘Ulta Yoga Pose’ or inversion mainly includes Sarvangasana and Viparitakarani. These asanas increase the circulation of blood in the body towards the head. Beginner yoga practitioners should do this asana under the supervision of an expert.

Doing this regularly reduces anxiety by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Strengthens immunity. Also, it brings energy and freshness to the body.
