Green strategic partnership between India and Norway will be beneficial for the entire world: PM Modi!
PM Modi said, “I am very happy to visit Norway. This country is a beautiful example of harmony between nature and human development. I express my heartfelt gratitude for this warm welcome.”
PM Modi said, “On behalf of the world’s largest democracy, I extend best wishes to the people of Norway on the important occasion of its Constitution Day tomorrow. The Prime Minister further said, “Today the world is going through a period of uncertainty and instability. Be it Ukraine or West Asia, there is a situation of conflict in many parts of the world. In such a situation, India and Europe are entering a new golden era of their relations.
He said that with this partnership, our companies will find global solutions in every field from clean energy to climate resilience, blue economy to green shipping by combining India’s scale, speed and talent with Norway’s technology and capital.
He said that Norway is an important country in the Arctic region. We are grateful to Norway for the operation of India’s Arctic Research Station Himadri. The MoU being signed today between ISRO and Norway Space Agency will also give a new dimension to our space cooperation.
