Investigation in Ram Mandir donation theft case should be fair, action will be taken against the culprit: OP Rajbhar!

Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar expressed his frank opinion on many issues including the statements of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and BSP chief Mayawati on the Ram Mandir donation controversy, the statement of AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi regarding the UP elections. He claimed that after the assembly elections, Akhilesh Yadav will go to Ayodhya and see Ramlala. Additionally, he also said that the SIT investigation into the Ram Mandir donation case is going on in an impartial manner and whoever is found guilty will be prosecuted as per the law.

On Akhilesh Yadav’s comments regarding Ram Mandir donation theft case, Rajbhar said that Akhilesh Yadav never went to Ram Mandir. In the matter related to the temple, which came to light, the Trust itself had requested the government to conduct an investigation. After this the government formed SIT and the investigation is continuing. He said that as the investigation is progressing, the people concerned are also being arrested.

On the statement given by Akhilesh Yadav in Prayagraj, in which he had said that he will go to Ayodhya to have darshan of Lord Shri Ram only after the construction of Kedareshwar Shiv Temple in Etawah is completed, Rajbhar made a verbal attack.

He said that in Prayagraj he should have been asked whether he had gone there when three people of the same family were murdered. Samajwadi Party only does vote politics and talks about PDA, but does not stand with the victim families. Akhilesh Yadav will definitely go to Ram temple after the elections.

Supporting BSP chief Mayawati’s appeal not to politicize the Ram Mandir donation controversy, Rajbhar said that Mayawati has said exactly the right thing. He said that instead of doing politics over any incident, arrangements should be made to learn from it and ensure that such incidents do not happen in future.

On the question of Ram Mandir Trust General Secretary Champat Rai declaring himself innocent, Rajbhar said that the SIT is currently investigating. Someone can be called guilty or innocent only after the investigation is completed and the final report comes. Whoever is found guilty in the investigation, action will definitely be taken against him.

On Asaduddin Owaisi’s statement regarding Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, Rajbhar said that Owaisi is saying the right thing. He said that over the years, Muslim voters supported the Samajwadi Party and formed the government several times, but now the Muslim community should also get an opportunity for leadership. There should also be an announcement once to make a Muslim face the Chief Minister.

On Asaduddin Owaisi’s allegations regarding Ram Mandir controversy and police encounter, Rajbhar said that his allegations are completely wrong. He said that all the encounters that have taken place in the state so far have been against criminals and people involved in terrorist activities.

There is no such instance in which any innocent person has been encountered. The priority of the government is to establish the rule of law and strict action will be taken against anyone who tries to take the law into their own hands.

Supporting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s advice to Akhilesh Yadav to go to Mathura on the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi issue, Rajbhar said that the Chief Minister is absolutely right.

He said that if Akhilesh Yadav claims himself to be a descendant of Lord Shri Krishna, then he should go to Mathura and clarify his role openly on the subject of Shri Krishna’s birthplace. Just as Ram temple has been built in Ayodhya, similarly the issue of Mathura should also be moved forward. Akhilesh Yadav avoids coming out openly on this topic because he is afraid of upsetting his vote bank.
