New Delhi: In a tragic incident reported from Uttar Pradesh, a 15-year-old boy died after he was trapped in a lift at a Lucknow showroom. The tragedy took place on Friday at around 4pmwhen the boy was coming down from the third floor using elevators.
The boy’s leg got stuck in the gap between the elevator and the wall. Personnel from Sarojini Nagar police and fire station rushed to the spot after being alerted about the incident.
The boy trapped in the gap was taken out with much difficulty. He was immediately rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
