Sanju Samson completes 400 sixes in T20, enters Rohit and Kohli’s elite club, Dhoni’s big record also broken

Samson, who was struggling with poor form, made a strong comeback in this match and played an unbeaten inning of 115 runs. Sanju scored this century in 56 balls with the help of 15 fours and 4 sixes and scored the first century of IPL 2026. By scoring his first century for Chennai Super Kings, Sanju became the second batsman to score a century while playing for three different IPL teams. Before this, he has also scored centuries for Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals. Before Sanju, KL Rahul has also scored centuries while playing for Punjab Kings, Lucknow Super Giants and Delhi Capitals.

During this time, Samson created history and completed his 400 sixes in T20 cricket and became the fourth Indian batsman to do so.
