20-year journey of ACAC auditing company
ACAC was established in December 2004 by Nguyen Thi Mai Anh after her tenure as an auditor at Deloitte Vietnam. The company is headquartered in Hai Phong, her hometown.
At the time, Vietnam had a limited number of auditing firms, presenting both opportunities and challenges for a new entrant like ACAC. The company initially faced difficulties such as inadequate infrastructure and a shortage of skilled professionals.
Despite these challenges, CEO Mai Anh was driven by her belief that “choosing auditing means choosing challenges to find glory.” Her dedication, alongside the trust and commitment of her colleagues, helped ACAC navigate its early struggles.

As Vietnam’s economy expanded, so did the demand for accounting, auditing, and related services. ACAC seized this opportunity by diversifying its offerings and focusing on providing high-value-added solutions. Over the years, it has grown from serving a handful of small and medium-sized enterprises to maintaining a client portfolio that includes prominent FDI companies such as Tham Viet Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Pegatron Vietnam Co., Ltd.
According to Mai Anh, building a skilled and dedicated team is essential in today’s competitive business environment.
After two decades, ACAC employs approximately 50 professionals, many of whom were trained at top institutions such as the Academy of Finance and the National Economics University. The leadership team is composed of experienced individuals with a background in management and corporate operations.
In the context of international integration and Industry 4.0, ACAC has prioritized both personnel development and digital transformation. The company invests in training programs—both domestic and international—to ensure its employees possess strong ethics and professional expertise.
Recognizing the importance of digitalization, ACAC has embraced technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency. Its initiatives include expanding its online presence, building a comprehensive website, implementing cloud-based data storage, and adopting electronic audit file management and payment systems.
“ACAC is committed to environmental protection for sustainable development,” said Mai Anh. The company has integrated ESG principles into its operations, training staff to better advise clients while minimizing its carbon footprint by adopting eco-friendly practices.
