2026 Honda City Facelift: Inside-Out Walkaround Video Before Tomorrow’s Official Launch
Honda is all set to officially launch the updated Honda City sedan tomorrow. While the official launch is yet to take place, Honda has already started dispatching the new City to dealerships across the country, and it appears that the sedan has already started attracting attention from buyers. We have seen several images of the updated sedan online, and now a new video has surfaced in which a vlogger gives a quick walkaround of the facelifted City while it is being unloaded from a trailer.
The video has been shared by Autopulsevlogs on YouTube. In the video, the vlogger shows a brand-new Honda City facelift being unloaded from a car carrier. The location appears to be Delhi, and the sedan seen in the clip is finished in a silver colour. The revised tail lamp setup is clearly visible in the video, and we also get a glimpse of the updated LED lighting treatment.
As soon as the car comes off the trailer, the vlogger begins recording a detailed exterior walkaround. Although this is technically a facelift, the front design looks significantly different from the outgoing model. The sedan now comes with projector LED headlamps featuring blacked-out internals, LED DRLs, a connected LED light bar, and a thick gloss-black grille with honeycomb-style inserts. The updated front fascia gives the sedan a much more premium appearance.
The lower air dam is also visible in the video. On closer inspection, you can also notice the front parking camera, air curtains integrated into the bumper, and a revised bumper design with a sportier lower lip element. Interestingly, the updated City does not feature conventional fog lamps.
The silver paint shade suits the sedan well and gives it a clean and elegant look. Moving to the side profile, the overall silhouette remains similar to the outgoing model, but there are a few notable additions. The sedan now comes equipped with a 360-degree camera setup along with Honda’s LaneWatch assist camera mounted under the ORVM.
The alloy wheel design is completely new and finished in a dual-tone gunmetal grey shade. On the roof, the sedan gets an electric sunroof along with a shark-fin antenna.
At the rear, the car features a rear defogger, while the boot lid continues to use a manual opening mechanism. The rear bumper has also been redesigned, and the lower section now gets a diffuser-like element for a sportier appearance. The smoked LED tail lamps further enhance the overall exterior styling.

The vlogger then moves inside the cabin to showcase the interior. The car seen in the video appears to be the top-end variant. The cabin comes with a black-and-beige dual-tone theme and feels premium and spacious. Soft-touch materials can be seen on the dashboard and door pads.
The sedan features a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system along with physical controls for the automatic climate control system. Other features visible in the video include ventilated seats, ADAS controls, an auto-dimming IRVM, a dedicated button for the 360-degree camera, a semi-digital instrument cluster similar to the older model, and a multifunction steering wheel. The rear windshield also gets a manual sunshade curtain.
The driver’s seat, however, does not get electric adjustment. The video also shows USB charging ports, cupholders, and rear AC vents for rear passengers.
The model seen in the video is the regular petrol-powered Honda City. It is powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 119 bhp and 145 Nm of torque. The engine is available with both manual and CVT gearbox options. Honda Sensing ADAS features, however, are expected to remain limited to the CVT variants only.
