Patna: Bihar government issued an order to upgrade the posts of promoted officers of the Indian Police Service on the last day of 2025. Before the New Year, they got the gift of promotion but the chair of these officers has not changed, rather they will remain on their previous posts. ADG Headquarters Kundan Krishnan has been promoted to DG rank, while three DIGs have been promoted to IG rank. A total of 26 IPS officers have been promoted.
