3 rare auspicious yogas on the last Paush Putrada Ekadashi of the year, when to keep fast on 30th or 31st December, know the exact date and Paran time

New Delhi: To get the blessings of Lord Shri Hari Vishnu, fasting on Ekadashi is considered very auspicious. Among all the Ekadashis, Pausha Putrada Ekadashi has been given special importance. This fast is considered beneficial not only from religious point of view but also physically, mentally and financially. This fast is especially observed to wish for the happiness of children and to solve the problems related to children.

This year, the fast of Putrada Ekadashi of Paush month will be observed on the last day of the year, i.e. 31 December 2025. The special thing about this Ekadashi is that on this day a rare combination of three very auspicious yogas is being formed, due to which the importance of fasting and worship increases even more.

When is Pausha Putrada Ekadashi?

The date of Paush Putrada Ekadashi will start from 7:50 am on 30th December and will continue till 5 am on 31st December. According to the date, some devotees will keep fast on December 30, while some people will observe Ekadashi fast on December 31.

The devotees who observe fast on 30th December will perform Parana on the morning of 31st December, whereas the devotees who observe fast on 31st December will perform Parana on the morning of 1st January 2026.

Rare combination of Tripushkar Yoga

A special coincidence of Tripushkar Yoga is taking place on the day of Pausha Putrada Ekadashi. In astrology, this yoga is considered extremely auspicious and fruitful. On December 31, this yoga will last from 5 am to 7.14 am. In this yoga which lasts for about 2 hours and 14 minutes, it is believed that worshiping Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi gives special benefits.

Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga will also give auspicious results

Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga is also being formed on the last Ekadashi of the year 2025. This auspicious yoga will last from 3:58 am to 7:14 am on 31st December. During this period, by chanting the mantras of Shri Hari, Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi, one can attain wealth, prosperity and happiness.

Importance of donation and bath in Ravi Yoga

According to Drik Panchang, Ravi Yoga will also be there on the occasion of Pausha Putrada Ekadashi on 31st December. This yoga will be effective from 5.47 am to 9.28 am. Special importance of charity and bath has been given in this auspicious time, which increases the results of good deeds.
