When Sarthak’s name came up in the IPL 2026 auction, he was bought for his base price of Rs 30 lakh. 29 year old Sarthak will play for Kolkata Knight Riders. Sarthak plays for Delhi in domestic cricket.

Although he has played sporadically for Delhi in different formats, the 29-year-old has performed brilliantly in the Delhi Premier League 2025. The 29-year-old Sarthak was the second highest run-scorer in the tournament. Sarthak scored 449 runs in 9 innings, which included 21 sixes. His average was 56.12 and strike rate was 146.73.
