To commit these crimes in India, it is necessary to have Hindi speakers. For this, they bring educated youth of UP to foreign countries and force them to commit cyber crimes. The list of these youth was collected by the Union Home Ministry. In this list of more than 3 thousand people, it has been revealed that most of these people are from UP. This list includes people who went on a 6-month visa for reasons like tourism and business and did not return to the country for several months.
