KIA SELTOS 2026

On 2 January, Kia is going to launch second generation Kia Seltos in India. The special thing is that India will be the world’s first market for this new Seltos. The company has started its production and delivery is also set to begin from January onwards.

The design of the 2026 Seltos is considered a bit polarizing, i.e. some people will like it immediately, then some will take time. Talking about size, it will be the largest SUV in its segment. Its cabin from the inside is brand new, where clean layouts and physical buttons are seen which are disappearing in many SUVs nowadays.

Its engine options are also strong. There will be options ranging from manual to DCT and automatic gearbox with 1.5-liter petrol, turbo petrol and turbo diesel engines. It is clear that Seltos will target those who do not want to compromise on features, size and driving options.

RENAULT DUSTER 2026

Renault’s Duster was once one of India’s most popular SUVs. Now the third generation Renault Duster is going to go unveil in India on 26 January. Its launch is expected in February.

This model has already been introduced in the international market, but some special changes will be made for India. Its new teasers suggest that the design of its DRLs and taillights will be different.

Also, there is a discussion of features such as panoramic sunroof, which will make it stand out directly against SUVs like Tata Sierra and Kia Seltos. The engine line-up is likely to offer 1.0 and 1.3-liter turbo petrol options.

SKODA KUSHAQ FACELIFT

In the month of January, Skoda is about to offer a facelift version of its popular SUV Skoda Kushaq. This will not be just a cosmetic update, but will also see a big change in terms of features.

The new Kushaq is expected to receive new 17-inch alloy wheels with replaced grills, bumpers and lights. The biggest surprise will be the panoramic sunroof and the segment-first massage function for the rear seat.

Apart from this, there is also discussion of improvement in instrument cluster and infotainment system. This SUV can be liked by customers who give the same importance to driving as well as comfort.

NISSAN TEKTON

In June 2026, Nissan is set to launch its new mid-size SUV Nissan Tekton. The SUV will be based on the third generation of the Renault Duster, but the two will look completely different in terms of design.

Tekton’s look is being considered an Inspire from a full-size SUV like Nissan Patrol. If left to the body shell, its exterior design will be completely new. Talking inside, the interior and engine-gearbox options are expected to remain the same as the Duster. That is, a different identity with trusted mechanics.
