Sweet Corn Cutlets

Material
- Sweet corn kernels – 1 cup
- Potatoes – 2 boiled
- Chopped capsicum, carrot – 1/2 cup
- Bread Crumbs – 1/2 cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped green chillies – 1 or 2
- Green Coriander – 2 tbsp
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Method
- First of all, grind the sweet corn grains coarsely.
- Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Now mix potatoes, sweet corn, capsicum, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, bread crumbs and salt in a bowl. The mixture for making cutlets is ready.
- Now make round or oval shaped cutlets from it and dip it in flour solution and then dip it in bread crumbs. Prepare all the cutlets in the same manner.
- Fry them by adding some oil on the pan.
White Dhokla
If you want to make some light quick snacks then try making white Gujarati dhokla. These are so delicious that you will feel like making them again and again.

Material
- Idli batter- 1 cup
- Sour curd – 1/4 cup
- Green Coriander – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 5
- Green chilli – 1
- Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Mustard – 1/4 tsp
- Eno Fruit Salt – ½ tsp
Method
- Take out the idli batter in a big bowl. Add ginger paste, green chilli, salt, 2 spoons of oil and curd and mix.
- Now add eno and mix, pour this mixture in a dhokla plate or mold and spread it evenly.
- Now add water to the idli/dhokla stand and place the plate on it.
- Let the Dhokla cook on medium high flame for 18-20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, take it off the gas and cut it into pieces with a knife.
- After this, for tempering, add mustard seeds in a small pan when the oil is hot and when it tempers, add curry leaves and fry.
- Pour the tadka little by little over the dhokla with a spoon.
- Garnish by adding green coriander on top.
- Serve dhokla with green coriander or coconut chutney.
Yogurt Sandwich
Everyone likes sandwiches, but if you try making a sandwich by mixing fresh vegetables in curd, then it is a different thing. Enjoy these sandwiches with sauce or green chutney as a snack.

Material
- Brad – 4 slices
- Hung curd – 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped cabbage – 200 grams
- Finely chopped capsicum – 1
- Grated carrot – 1
- Finely chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp
- Grated darak pieces – ¼ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Method
- To make curd sandwich, first tie the curd in a cloth and hang it a little from the edge of a bowl so that the water drains out from the curd.
- Now add curd, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green coriander, crushed black pepper, ginger and salt in a bowl and mix everything well.
- Now take a bread slice, apply stuffing on it and spread it evenly all around. Now cover it with the second bread slice and press it lightly.
- Now heat the pan and pour some ghee on it. Now place 2 sandwiches on the pan and cook them. Apply a little ghee on the top of the sandwich and turn it as soon as it turns brown from the bottom.
- Take out in a plate, cut it diagonally and serve with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
Pea Kachori

- Flour- 2 cups
- Green peas – 01 cup
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
- Dry mango powder – 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Green chilli – 1
- Ginger – ½ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
Method
- First of all, add salt and oil to the flour and mix well. Then knead the dough with the help of about 1/2 cup water and keep it for 30 minutes.
- Now grind the peas in a mixer.
- After this, heat 2 tablespoons oil in the pan. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds in it. After this, add coriander powder, chopped green chillies, grated ginger in oil and fry a little.
- Now add ground peas, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, green coriander and salt in the pan and fry for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Now make a small ball from the kneaded dough and roll it out and flatten it. Fill the prepared stuffing in it. Now place the dough between the palms of both hands and make it round, then press it and make it in the shape of Kachori.
- Now put these kachoris in the pan and fry them when the oil gets heated well.
- Serve hot kachoris with chutney.
