Lemon Water
  • Water – 1 glass
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1 pinch
  • Add lemon juice in a glass of water.
  • Now add sugar and salt to it.
  • Add roasted cumin powder, mix well, cool and serve immediately.

  • Sattu – 2 spoons
  • Water – 1 glass
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Green coriander – 1 teaspoon
  • Add sattu in a glass of water and mix it well.
  • Now add salt, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice to it.

  • Boiled raw mango pulp – 2 teaspoons

  • Add raw mango pulp to a glass of water.
  • Now add sugar, black salt and roasted cumin powder to it.
  • Mix everything well, cool and serve.

  • Buttermilk – 1 glass
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp

  • Pour buttermilk into the glass.
  • Now add salt, roasted cumin powder and grated ginger to it.

  • Ripe Bael fruit – 1
  • Water – 2 glasses
  • Sugar or jaggery – 2 teaspoons
  • Black salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Ice cubes – 3-4
  • First of all, break the wood apple fruit and take out its pulp.
  • Now add water to the pulp and mash it well with the help of hands or spoon.
  • Filter it through a sieve and separate the seeds and fibres.
  • Now add sugar or jaggery, black salt and roasted cumin powder in it.
  • Mix it well and pour it into a glass, add ice on top and serve chilled.

If you do not want to work hard during summer and are short of time, then the easiest way is to buy coconut water from the market and drink it. Along with protecting you from heat stroke, it also prevents dehydration in the body.
