5 minute Boondi Raita: This way of making will give tremendous coolness and amazing taste

Material

  • 1 cup fresh curd
  • 1/2 cup salty boondi
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Black salt (as per taste)
  • finely chopped coriander
  • A little mint (optional)

easy method to make

  • Take curd in a bowl and beat it well, so that it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • If necessary, thin the curd slightly by adding some water.
  • If you like soft boondi, then soak the boondi in lukewarm water for 1-2 minutes and filter it.
  • Now add boondi in curd and mix gently.
  • Add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder and red chilli and mix well.
  • Garnish with green coriander and mint.
  • If you want, you can increase the flavor by sprinkling some chaat masala.

Serve chilled and enjoy the taste.
