5 minute Boondi Raita: This way of making will give tremendous coolness and amazing taste

Material
- 1 cup fresh curd
- 1/2 cup salty boondi
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- Salt (as per taste)
- Black salt (as per taste)
- finely chopped coriander
- A little mint (optional)
easy method to make
- Take curd in a bowl and beat it well, so that it becomes smooth and creamy.
- If necessary, thin the curd slightly by adding some water.
- If you like soft boondi, then soak the boondi in lukewarm water for 1-2 minutes and filter it.
- Now add boondi in curd and mix gently.
- Add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder and red chilli and mix well.
- Garnish with green coriander and mint.
- If you want, you can increase the flavor by sprinkling some chaat masala.
Serve chilled and enjoy the taste.
