End of insurgency in Tripura

Regarding this, Home Minister Amit Shah had posted on X and wrote, 'With the signing of the agreement between the Government of India, Government of Tripura, National Liberation Front of Tripura and All Tripura Tiger Force, Tripura has taken another step towards peace and prosperity. ' He also said that this is the end of the insurgency that has been going on in Tripura for almost 35 years. It is worth mentioning that the NLFT and ATTF organizations were active in the state of Tripura for a long time and were creating chaos here. Members of these two organizations promoted separatist activities in Tripura for almost two decades, which affected a large number of people here. Non-tribal people were more affected by this. However, now both these organizations have chosen the path of peace, which will also establish peace in Tripura.
