Lubbur Pandhu OTT Release Date: The official streaming date of Harish Kalyan’s Tamil blockbuster Lubber Pandhu is finally out. Earlier scheduled to hit the OTT screens on October 18th, 2024, the movie is now all set to stream on its official digital partner Disney + Hotstar from October 31 2024 onwards, allowing the fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes.

Lubbuer Pandhu OTT Release Date Announcement

Yesterday, on October 21st, 2024, Disney + Hotstar took to its official X (Previously Twitter) handle to make the long-awaited announcement of Lubber Pandhu’s digital debut.

Sharing a compelling promo video of the sports drama, the digital streamer confirmed that the film will become available for watching online this Halloween & wrote,”‘Lubber Pandhu’ Streaming Streaming From October 31 on Disney+ Hotstar.” It will now be interesting to see how the low-budget movie is received by the OTTians upon its arrival on the digital screens next weekend.

Box Office Performance

Helmed by Tamizharasan Pachamuthu, Lubber Pandu premiered on the big screens on September 20th, 2024. In no time, the rural drama received astonishing reactions from cinegoers who showered praises on the movie for its hard-hitting story, power-packed acting performances & promising entertainment elements.

Ultimately, the low-budget flick emerged as a major commercial success at the Box Office, amassing a whopping Rs 42.50 crores (Approx) against its Rs 5-7 crore budget from the ticket windows.

Cast and Production

Coming to the film’s cast, Lubber Pandhu sees actors like Harish Kalyan, Gethu Dinesh, Swastika, Sanjana Krishnamoorthy, Bala Saravanan, Devadarshini, Geetha Kailasam, Jenson Dhivakar and TSK  amongst others essaying key roles. S Lakshman Kumar, in a joint effort with A Venkatesh, has bankrolled the movie under Prince Pictures’ production banner.
