Plot of the Film
The story of the film follows the life of a guy named ‘Raghav’. As the name of the show is titled ‘Are Yaar’ which means ‘Oh no’. It basically means when things don’t turn out the way you wished them to be.
In the same way, Raghav is dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety in his life as he feels whenever he tries to do something it never comes out well. It could be the tap water in his kitchen or a job interview
Everything in his life is a mess and he is fed up of the uncertainities that he is facing and wants to get rid of them anyhow. Some of his friends also try to ask him what’s wrong with him?
To this he replies, everything. He tells his friend that he doesn’t understand why nothing is normal in his life. When he goes for a shower, water stops coming, he is even worshipping the wrong god it seems.
Raghav also tries to check his daily forecast in a newspaper and follows what is being told but this also seems to be of no help. Wherever he applies for job, he gets a no. He is literally struggling in every field in his life.
The poor guy also tries reaching out to an Astrologer but feels helpless when he discovers that his consultation fees is beyond his pocket. Raghav’s friends also try a lot to speak to him but never succeeds.
