Plot

The story of the Historical TV drama series follows the life of 5 young and ambitious American women who have decided to move to London and become a part of the new English society.

The show is based on the life of woman in the 1870s and how they become a part of the London Season in a hope to find a suitable life partner and secure a title for themselves.

The women are excited and thrilled to be part of the new world and a new place where they get to meet new people meet new friends and explore a whole new culture. These ambitious women will experience love, hate, jealousy, death and other emotions.

Apart from these, they will also experience social stigma, cultural clashes and politics. In the second season, the new home of these women is England where they are the ones who are actually running the place.

Nan being the most influential woman in the country is the Duchess of Tintagel. On the other hand, Conchita is the Lady Brightlingsea, who is a queen of young American heiresses.

The first season received positive response from the audience, keeping this in mind the makers decided to come up with a fresh season. The shoot for the second season is still underway and hopes to finish soon.

The second season also throws light on how these women cope with the culture and society and the challenges that come their way.
