Here’s when the Sci-Fi Romance movie arrives on streaming sites!
New Delhi: A series of failed inventions, Akira Mizutame’s loneliness is an aching weight he carries around, but perhaps the suggestion from a friend can be the kickstart in the long chain of ending his lonely days.
This is the simple yet heartwarming plot of the upcoming animated movie ‘Make A Girl’, reflecting the impact loneliness can have on a person, and how one tries to power through it in their own way. The project for the movie’s creation was created by Gensho Yasuda, a popular independent anime artist with over 2.5 million followers on TikTok.
The funding for the movie’s animation, airing, and other requirements exceeded its goal of 100,000,000 yen and earned even more than the needed amount, showing the people’s admiration for the plot of the movie and how well themes of real life find a way to express themselves in this anime.
The ‘Make a Girl’ movie is set to release on January 31st, 2025.

Plot
Soon, when technology has vastly expanded into the daily lives of people, an aspiring young and bright scientist Akira Mizutame successfully pioneers a robot named ‘Salt’ that assists people in the minuscule works of daily life.
However, with a series of failed inventions ahead of the creation of “Salt’, Akira finds himself spinning into an entanglement of loneliness and an empty, miserable feeling.
A friend’s suggestion to make himself a ‘girlfriend’ might just be the key to curing Akira’s loneliness.
Therefore, the young scientist creates himself an artificial partner, naming her ‘No.0’, who would be his so-called companion. However, No.0 finds herself distraught between her developing feelings for the one who created her, and how she is programmed to be, will Akira’s problem with dealing with emotions and thoughts only add to the burden?
